Web guiding system
Web guiding system enables a very fast and precise positioning of material web in machine according to required parameters.

The most often, this system is used in fields such as:
  • Paper industry
  • Printing industry
  • Foil production
  • Rubber industry
  • Textile industry
  • Building industry
  • Metal industry
Unwinding regulation
Unwinding regulation sets the material by moving the unwinder to the demanded position, which is established by the detector. The first shaft is constantly attached to unwinding stand and they are moved together in order to ensure precision and stability.

Detector is installed independently to the stand and during the regulation process it does not move.

Rewinding regulation
At the beginning, rewinding and unwinding systems seem to be identical. Although, detector in the rewinder is attached to the stand in the way that it is possible for these elements to move simultaneously. Detector and rewinder lead every side-move of the material web. This system guarantees regular position of material edges on the roll, which is established by the detector. It is necessary to install directing shaft independently to rewinder, between detector and roll with web interlace at least 15°. The same rule applies to many other usages, for example: machines for longitudinal cut, adhesive stands and moving elements for labeling.

Rotary frame
Rotary frames correct position of the web at minimal web departure. It is made as single-shaft or more often as double-shaft (parallel) systems, rotary movement minimizes occurring web / tape tension. Because of that, the system can be used even in the smallest areas.

System contains of five basic elements:
  • Rotary frame. On rotary frames are fixed on directing shafts. Length (L) in the best case should be the same or longer than material width.
  • Fixed frame. It is fixed on the frame of the Customer’s machine.
  • Regulated propulsion. It enables movement of rotary frame.
  • Glide column to lead track shafts. It connects fixed frame with rotary frame and enables rotary movement.
  • Directing shafts. They are constructed for regulated material, its width and tension. Standard shafts Fife are lubricated all the time during the usage.
Every system of directing shafts is constructed for appropriate web tension, correction, shaft size and type of web interlace.

Directing shafts system
It connects side-movement of directing shafts and its simultaneously deflection. Because of that, correction of the web is made, and additionally, it takes place in starting position.
System contains of three important elements:
  • Glide track
  • Directing shafts
  • Regulated propulsion
Unwinders and rewinders regulation
Construction of rewinding and unwinding regulation systems enables them to be fixed on present, moving unwinders and rewinders. Usually, regulation system contains of setting propulsion, detector and regulating device. If moving rewinding rack is not installed, positioning sets are responsible for appropriate setting of edges of all rewinded rolls.

Detector
Detector should be installed as near the system as it possible to achieve optimal precision.

Supporting bar or shaft can be fixed on the system to prevent web from fluttering and from touching the detector by the web. In case frame achieved the final position, max encircling angle of supporting bar or directing shaft is 10°.

In general, inlet / outlet lengths should be longer than a half of maximal web width.

Fixed handles and racks are matched to your requests and can be preliminary fixed and provided with cables. Because of that, fixing is facilitated.
