Discharging stacks using a flexible system
If the collected cups are separated, the stacks become statically charged This can lead to problems when packaging is carried out subsequently using plastic foil. Before they are packed, collected cups and other deep-drawn mold products are electrostatically neutralized by a PR35 discharge blower pistol. The stacks of cups can be wrapped in plastic film without any trouble. |

Discharging cups before labeling them using dry-offset printing
In the deep-draw process, extremely fine particles of dust adhere to the cups before they are printed. If the dust is not removed, the print quality is reduced Before the cups are printed, the R35 circular jet nozzle uses ionized air to remove even the finest dust from their surfaces. The result: a perfect print. |
